I love the photo I made this sketch from.
The nervous youth on the right is the famous animator Richard Williams.
The big scary guy on the left is Roy. Roy was a Disney animator but is best known for being a sidekick for the host of the Mickey Mouse Club in the 50's

You've captured how big guys wear their pants perfectly.
Maybe it was that incident that caused him to reject all things Disney in his later youth?
