Modern teenager
This is loosely (see pants) based on my teenager and his friends. This pant style has created a curious walk cycle (which keeps the pants from falling off) among kids who dress this way. I wonder to myself if it is an affectation that will go away with the style. Hmmm.

I know which walk you're talking about. It makes them walk like bowlegged cowboy monkeys.
I keep waiting for the pants that are sewn to the underwear so they can avoid the I've a turd in my pants walk.
Oh and great drawing.
Great stuff, as always. Part of me wants to go up to them and drag their pants all the way down, and see how far they can run without falling.
So am I, and I go to junior high! I see punk-ass little gangbangers walking around with their pants so low I'm expecting a tail at any moment.
Ha ha, nice dude!
You know Hank in King of the Hill hangs outback in the alley with Dale and the other guys drinking beer. I'd love to see a bunch of these guys in the same situation.
Great. reminds me of classic Mad magazine characterization.
I suppose it'll go the way of the classic Travolta Bell-bottom swagger.
It kind of comes off as a period piece, showing a distinctive style of today without trying to define the whole generation. Cool!
Wow...Very nice... Lovely character too
we call them penguins in Atlanta. (well not everyone) It's a style that actually was slightly popular in the early 90's (like 1991-1992) my mom wouldn't buy me pants big enough to hang that low...but now that I look at these kids, it's a very clumsy way to get around, and I'm glad I didn't take part in it then. What ever will they do in the event of a zombie apocalypse? they can't run, just waddle. Styles come and go then come back again. I give it another year maybe and they'll get sick of it like we did.
This look is fading away thanks to the popularity of the Jonas Brothers. The preteen, teens and tween females are currently bonkers for the tight pants and shirt tucked in look of these guys. Sooo...the smart teenage boys are seeing the writing on the wall and copying the look.
